terms and conditions of HR packages

Free trial will commence upon signing a 15 month contract with Sentient Group Ltd for the agreed HR package based on the appropriate number of declared employees.

The contract can be cancelled for free and without further obligation at any time within the first 90 days of the contract.

If the contract is not cancelled within this period, the monthly subscription will automatically commence being invoiced on the 91st day (or the first working day following the 91st day if it falls on a weekend or public holiday).

Free trial period gives the client access to the core level of services as follows:

• HR Advice Line available during working hours (Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm).
• Online Document Library with core guidance documents and access to live monthly webinars on key topics.

This is intended to provide an insight into the services offered by Sentient Group Limited without any obligation or cost.

Upon the completion of the free trial and activation of paid subscription, Sentient Group Limited will liaise with the client to arrange an opportunity to undertake a bespoke HR review, undertake creation or correction of any HR documents, unlock full access to the entire online document library of templates and guidance, and advice line hours extended to 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. On-site HR support can be provided at an additional cost.

Free trial can be waived if the client wishes to access all services immediately, in which case a 12 month contract will be put in place from commencement of the relationship and month 1 will be billed on day 1 of the contract start date.

It is the responsibility of the client to declare any increase in staffing numbers which would upgrade them to the next level. The increased subscription would then be applicable from the following month.

At the end of the initial 15 month contract period (including 90 day free trial), the subscription contract will automatically renew for a 12 month rolling period. If the client wishes to cancel the subscription, this must be done in writing to Sentient Group Limited with at least 30 days notice of the contract completion date.
